PRAYER

Prayer plays a major role in the ministry of Apostolic Faith Tabernacle. Everyone is invited to be a part of the prayer service, which is just prior to the worship services on Sunday and Wednesday nights in the sanctuary. An opportunity is provided during each service for those desiring prayer for healing. Most services conclude with an altar call for those desiring salvation or a deeper commitment to come forward and pray.

In addition, we meet for prayer every Tuesday night at 7pm. "Daughters of Zion" meet on the first Monday night of each month at 7pm and our "Men Of Judah" meet on the first Tuesday night of each month at 7pm also.

 DEAF MINISTRY

The Deaf Ministry of Apostolic Faith Tabernacle is dedicated to providing the best possible services for the deaf in our community. All services are interpreted for the deaf. Certified sign-language interpreters bring to life both the Word of God and song. Special seating is provided for all who need deaf interpretation.

 SUNDAY SCHOOL

Our Sunday School Department is composed of classes for toddlers to adults with qualified teachers using age appropriate materials to teach God's word. This team of dedicated teachers understands the individual worth of a soul and the eternal value of God's word. You are personally invited to join us; Sunday School Classes begin at 10am each Sunday.

 MUSIC MINISTRY

Because we value Praise & Worship, music is a vital ministry at AFT. We are blessed to have many gifted and accomplished musicians and singers who have dedicated their talents to Christ. Every week through song, they help prepare our hearts for the Word and usher us into the presence of the Lord.

 MISSIONS

AFT believes in reaching the whole World with the whole Gospel. We support missionaries abroad and right here in the USA with prayer and financial support. We also support the Tupelo Children's Mansion in Mississippi, New Beginnings Women's Ministry, Media Missions, Ladies & Men's Ministries, and Youth Ministries & Multi-cultural Outreach.

 BIBLE-QUIZZING

For many years, AFT has been involved in Bible quizzing. Our teams have competed at the local and state level. One of the greatest advantages for the youth who are involved in Bible quizzing is found in Psalms 119:11 "Thy word have I hid in mine heart, that I might not sin against thee."

 SENIOR SAINTS

We are blessed to have a growing group of saints aged 50 and over attending AFT! We look to them for examples of steadfastness, and spiritual wisdom. Some are involved in our Silver Saints' Choir that gathers monthly for practice and food fellowship. Others find their niche in praise singing, ushering, music ministry, media services, and teaching. We truly esteem these wonderful pioneers of the Faith.

 REAL STUDENT MINISTRIES

We are normal, average young people who are excited about serving Christ. We would love to have the opportunity to meet and hang out with you at one of our fun events or during a youth service. Whether you are in High School, Jr. High, College, or have already joined the ranks of the work force, we have something for you. We meet every Sunday morning in small groups to discuss relevant topics on a level that you can understand. On Wednesday nights we meet for REALtime. All departments of Real Student Ministries gather in our new Youth Chapel for a time of passionate worship and consuming the Word.

 YOUNG & MARRIED

At AFT we believe it is vitally important to help build families with a solid foundation on Biblically-based instruction and to make it relevant for today. Marriage is God's idea and He planned it. If we follow His instructions, our marriages can be more fulfilling than we have ever imagined. We have monthly informative sessions which focus on building your marriage into something that is unbreakable and steadfast as you deepen your walk with God.

 LADIES' MINISTRIES

From gathering monthly for focused prayer to raising funds to ensure missionaries receive appliances, AFT maintains a vibrant, active ladies' ministry for all the ladies in the church. This ministry remains involved in a large number of projects on the local, state, national and international level.
