Senior Pastor and Wife

Dennis Anderson was selected as Senior Pastor of Apostolic Faith Tabernacle in 1985.  Since that time he has overseen two building projects to accommodate the growth in church attendance.  He has served the Arkansas District of the United Pentecostal Church, International in several capacities including: Youth President, Sunday School Secretary, Home Missions Director, and currently as District Superintendent.  He continues to serve as a tenured member of the Chaplaincy Program of the Arkansas State Police, Troop K, with over 10 years of service to the department.  A dynamic communicator of the Bible, he has spoken at numerous conferences and meetings, as well as overseas in foreign missions settings.  He is joined in ministry by his wife of 30 years, Susan, who leads the Ladies' Ministries of AFT.  The Andersons have 3 children: Dennis II, Erica, and Christin.  All are actively involved in ministry in their local church.  Pastor and Sister Anderson's ministry is marked by their compassion and their genuine desire to touch peoples' lives.

Bob & Melody Fruen
Associate Pastor & Wife

Since April of 2003, Bob has been part of the pastoral team of Apostolic Faith Tabernacle.  He gives faithful and dedicated service to Senior Pastor Anderson and to the congregation at large.  Prior to accepting this full-time position, he served for more than 15 years in various ministerial capacities and positions of leadership on both the local and state levels. Bob also spent over a decade in the broadcast communications field.  He has a passion for encouraging others, learning new things, traveling and most importantly, deepening his relationship with God. Bob is happily married to Melody and they live just west of Hot Springs with their pampered Pomeranian, Baby Girl.

Kenneth & Erica O'Connell
Student Pastor and Wife

Kenneth became a part of the AFT staff in the summer of 2004.  He enjoys laughing and living life abundantly.  Currently he serves as Student Pastor of AFT's thriving youth department and is actively involved in the music program as Worship Leader.  He sits on the Arkansas District Youth Committee as a representative for the southcentral region, and is a graduate of the University of Central Arkansas with a degree in Business Administration.  Kenneth has been married for 5 years to his childhood sweetheart, Erica.  They make their home in Hot Springs with their uncharacteristically subdued terrier, Mazy.
